At My Rustic Box, every box is created after you place your order — thoughtfully, slowly, and by hand. Because our products are made to order, seasonal, and designed for personal use, we invite you to review the following policies before purchasing.

🚚 Shipping & Production Timeline

• We currently ship across Canada and to select U.S. destinations.
• All My Rustic Boxes are made to order. Production begins after orders close and typically takes up to 30 days.
• Once your box has been completed, it will be carefully packed and shipped.
• You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order leaves our studio.

📦 Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade, seasonal, and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

📬 Subscriptions

• Subscription boxes are billed monthly or quarterly, depending on your selected plan.
• Because all boxes are made to order, each billing cycle corresponds to a new production window.
• You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard before the next billing date.
• If a charge has already been processed for the current cycle, changes will take effect the following month.

🎁 Gifting

Sending a My Rustic Box as a gift? We love that.

You may include a personal message at checkout, which we’ll handwrite on one of our signature rustic postcards.
Please note that because boxes are made to order, gift orders should be placed well in advance of special dates.
